  • 2023 – Present – Professional Admin Solutions, provide high-level virtual admin and operations support tailored to entrepreneurs, service providers, and growing teams.
    • Support a diverse client base—including coaches, consultants, accountants, real estate professionals, and small business owners—by helping them reduce administrative overwhelm, build scalable systems, and focus on growth.
    • Manage end-to-end administrative functions, including inbox and calendar management, CRM setup, client onboarding, project tracking, invoicing, document management, and travel coordination.
    • Develop and streamline business operations and SOPs, improving consistency, efficiency, and internal communication across multiple clients and industries.
    • Provide marketing and creative support, including social media updates, email newsletters, web edits, branded templates, and event collateral.
    • Own New Hire Human Resources tasks, create hiring and onboarding plans, screen candidates and manage candidate scheduling.
  • 2003 – 2023 – Built and scaled sales and client success functions – from the ground up at tech startup Particle, Inc., developing onboarding processes, internal documentation, and customer communication flows and by creating a new real estate division in the classifieds department of The Philadelphia CityPaper.
  • 2016 – 2023 – Designed and implemented finance operations for early-stage startup, Particle, Inc., including budgeting, invoice systems, expense tracking, and reporting workflows.
  • 2003 – 2008 – Managed advertising teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments at The Philadelphia City Paper, directing cross-functional collaboration between sales, and creative departments.

2008 – 2013 – Created and executed multi-channel media and marketing plans for high-profile nonprofit organizations such as The Franklin Institute, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and the Children’s Science Museum, managing campaigns across print, digital, event, and outreach channels.
